Remove CV's from % of basses need for capture

instead of making CV's poof after x number of hours, or making them be seen with a port capture how about they just don't get counted towards the % of basses needed to "win" the war.

leave the ports in the % count but remove the CV's.

this will remove the "need" to hide them all the way across the map and will actually allow us to use them.

It will remove "some" of the need but more of the need comes from the fact that you are limiting your opponent from not getting the CV to spawn that you have hidden.

got to be someway that a chess piece is allowed to fly off of there own CVs.  right now they are taken out of play to "protect" them from the other country because of the "% of basses".

I bet the coding for that would be a PITA.  If it is that much of an issue, HTC could add another 1-3% for base % needed to win.

from what i can tell the cv's are hidden not for the % to win but for the ability to take it away from the enemy so they cant get it back and use it against them...

the pm's i've gotten and the messages on country channel are specific that it is the % factor that makes it worth hiding.
