Hi everyone need ur assistance with my reading on the internet, at present I've
to make my lettering smaller in order to read the entire page, bad for the eyes,
or move my toolbar sideways, up & down.

Can any person advise me as to HOW I may make the lettering wrap around so that I could alleviate the steps listed above?  Thx for ur courtesies & help.

What are you asking? Isn't making letters smaller font size worse for your eyes?

In most browsers using cntrl and + sign will increase the size of text font while retaining the text dimensions of the original page (aka, it will word wrap as needed).

   look for "page" in the header,you can select "text size" and increase or decrease as needed. Also in the control panel,look for accessibility's this will give you other options to setup your webpages.

Yup, many people don't know about Cntrl and +, - or 0 for web browsers.

As for avoiding the slider bars - utilize a mouse with a middle button or a scroll wheele that also acts as a middle button when depressed.  Middle click once in the window, and then simply "drag" the mouse in the direction you want the screen to pan.  Edit: also your keyboard arrow keys work with slider bars when there is no text curser in a text field on a web browser page.
