Looking for a trainer please

Hi,
I'm an absolute newbie to AH. I've tried practice arenas and read everything I can in the training forums but am still in the dark about a lot of things. I get slaughtered as soon as I find someone in the dueling arena and have trouble finding where the action is in other arenas.
I'm in Australia but am home during the day here, so my 10am is 5pm in LA or 8pm in New York.
Any help is appreciated,

I'm near london here so that is my 02:00 am. Recently I have been getting earlier night but I still am a night owl at heart. What day you thinking? Let me know when suits you and I will do my best to get you started on becoming a more dangerous opponent.
