Your problem in the P40's is with the maximum size ring the N2/N3 used.

70Mil ring and dot.

I have a current package of historic gunsights in 100Mil main rings including an N3/L3 70Mil that fits the P40's, P39's and P38's. All are in 512x512 1mil=2pixel.

I've worked up three Japanese graticule the Type98-120Mil(all A6M), Type3 - 100Mil(Ki61/84) and Type4 - 120Mil (N1K2J).

I've combined the Navy Mk8 and AAF N9 into a Mk9 to take advantage of both as a custom sight along with a Jabo version of the Revi16b to use with the rockets in the Fw190F. PB1 trajectory was the same as the Mk108 tator.

Since HTC includes the 6star 100Mil K14 I have included the K14's 100Mil ring and center cross. Other than that I have all the Historic graticule AAF, RAF, Germenay, Italy, Japan, Finland. With Saxman's permission I include his 100Mil MkVIII.

Whats a good free file sharing host?
you confuse me with all this! but to answer your question, a good free file sharing host is mediafire.

Let me check Mediafire. I might already have an account. I'll post up a package with the (bmp) 1Mil=2pixel format and (mil) files along with a (readme.txt). I've recently been getting better luminescence with HiTech's alpha mask.

I'll get something posted up here in awhile.

Here is my latest Gunsight Pack.

AH2 Gunsight Pack
by: bustr

Contents - 21 gunsights
20 - gunsight specific historic
1 - custom

{***Mk8 gunsight is courtesy of "Saxman".***}
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Copy each (bmp) file with it's same named (mil) file into your:

C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High\sights

These gunsights will look differently in the game than in the file as you view them in an art program.

The white with pinkish glow style with all of the Revi gunsights comes from a color ww2 photograph from a cockpit.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Note:

The default head position in the japanese fighters is too far back for the historic gunsights to show correctly. Moving your default forward view far enough to just have the main rings show on the reflector plate is available for each aircraft.

The Revi gunsights may need to to be moved up a small bit to place the ring completely on the glass.

The default forward view in the C.202 and C.205 will have to be moved forward a tiny bit to make the 100Mil main rings fit on the reflector glass.

Who has the custom B-25H gunsight where it can be downloaded? I've looked for it and done plenty of searches, but I cannot turn up anything but threads from 2000 and 2001 asking for the B-25H to be added to the game.

Here are some tables that might help. If you are using a gunsight that is on a 512x512 mask then 1Mil=2pixel. So if you are using a 50, 60, 100 or 120 Mil main ring. Then you can calculate from the tables below how many rings or division to hold off for your lead.................. :)

Or you can download these two WW2 gunnery Comic Books. They work if you follow the pictures.
