aight, i got my pic, but i dont know how to actually get it down to size to use it as my avatar. anyone know how or willing to do this? if somebody could tell me so in advance i dont have to bug yall about it. :lol



(i wanted to do something else, but i think skuzzy would find it too awsome for these boards  :banana:)

not much small detail other than the tracers coming from the 51. so im not really worried about it.

You won't be able to see the 51 nor the tracers. I think it will be black, blobbish looking.

edit: All you can see is the moon at 50x50 pixels.

i thought the max size for avatars was 80x80 pixels? or is that for pics in your sig?

it is 80x80 and it doesn't get much better even at that.

Don't think sig has a size limit.

as stated the night shot loses a lot of details.  That's max brightness and fooled around with the contrast for about 15 seconds.  If you've got  GIMP you might be able to take the raw file and do more with it or if you had a daylight shot of the same situation you could edit the sun out, paste the moon in, and blah blah blah... I'd consider it but my desire to do any photo editing lately has been, frankly, non existent :)
