There is definitely one there claiming to be the only one.  Just not sure if there are others.  We are talking about the Harpoon right?

Correction, last flight was in 2007

There are 3.

Attu Warrior,  in Heber City, UT  <--which I've worked on and flown in.

Hot Stuff, in Indianapolis, Indiana

And I forget the third one, but I know the owner of Attu Warrior, and he told me there are 3.  I'll see him again this weekend, maybe I'll ask again.

P.S.  Just looked on Wikipedia which says there are 5, so that's wrong.

I know the owner of Attu Warrior flies it at least once a month.  I went up in it last month, he was up in it weekend before last, and he is planning on flying it this weekend (CAF is hosting a fly in in Heber/ Russ McDonald Field) so if anybody in the Utah area wants to see it get up to the Heber fly in this weekend.  :aok

I think Hot Stuff flew in 2007 last.  Do they still fly it?

I have no idea.  I did my A&P powerplant RTS with the owner of Attu Warrior last month, so I only know about that one.
