If you watch the whole video you'll see that the wingsuit actuallu caught the string that the balloons were on  :x :x :x :O :O :O :banana: :banana: :banana: :D :D :D

Read in my Popular mechanics magazine that he wants to build a runway that he can use to dive with no parachute, its at an angle so as he comes in he will slide at an angle to a stop
