I have a nephew that stated bmx a couple years ago.  He has a high tolerance of pain, He will need it.

Great video.  My nephews are racing in Wichita, Ks today.

My sisters boyfriend got my nephews into bmx.  He (42 yrs/old) broke two fingers and collar bone last year.  He hasn't broken any bones this year.  Oldest nephew (12) landed flat on his back from about 5 feet in the air.  He's a Donaldson, and didn't cry.  I'll stick to my slow place on my mountain bike.
