Importing Arena Settings To Mission Editor

Is there any way to save the arena settings and use them for offline missions.  I'd like to be able to set the time of day or change the fog color just a
squinch for some of them.
I can adjust the arena settings and save them, however when I open the Mission Group Properties in the mission editor, there's no saved settings.
Think I'm missing something, but I'm unable to find much information on importing arena settings to the ME.
The way I understand it, is the settings I choose & save ingame should show up in Terrain Setup File, as shown below.

That stuff you see in the Mission Group properties was put in before we changed the way config files work for custom arenas.  The ME needs to be revisited but it shouldn't take much to update it.
