not a bit impressive with LSU.
You have to remember that this is the SEC and the West Division at that, the toughest division in the NCAA. EVERY TEAM has stout D's and smashmouth O's. No, LSU didnt put 50 on the board, but ask any real college football junkie, this just doesnt happen in the intra-SEC too often, esp in the west. What I did see was LSU's O and D lines do what they are geared to do, hit you square in the jaw for the ENTIRE game, wearing your lines down for 3 quarters and just running over you in the 4th. Conditioning in 100 degree heat with 482% humidity for the entire summer means you still have plenty of juice for the end of the game. Combine that with LB's and secondary that is super fast and LOVES to blitz and you have a nightmare of matchup for your O.
Our O is developing very well. Jarrett Lee is a good QB that is smart and make very few mistakes; Jordan Jefferson will ride the pines for the rest of the year. THe wideouts are super fast as always and they have solid hands. Not to mention the two headed monster of Ford and Ware in the backfield.
GEAUX TIGERS!!!
