A place to identify phone types and batteries.
« on: September 19, 2011, 11:44:54 AM »
Hey guys, i have an old 08 phone that died on me back in 08.

what happened was the battery for it wore out, so i had to throw it away, then the charger holder got loose, so it can no longer be kept on by staying plugged in the charger.

I believe if i was able to get a new battery for it, i could still use this phone. and retrieve some important numbers off of it.

only prob is i cant remember what type of phone it was, or the type of battery. ive long since lost the manual. all i know is its an 08 motorola.

any help would be appreciated  :salute

uh, did you look inside the battery compartment where the mfg label should be?

Thank you guys  :salute much appreciated

Edit: Is there any device tho to charge the battery with WITHOUT it being in the phone? Like i said, something went wrong with the charger bay in the phone, and it no longer allows anything to charge with it.

Go with Metro PCS. 29 bucks gets you an Android.
Rates are cheap. Been with them over 2 years.
35 bucks a month, with Internet.
