Oh god...  Man do I feel your pain on that one.  If it comes to that, offer to take them all out for ice cream, maybe Aces High will be up by the time you get back.

that best guess is AH will be back online hopefully around  7:30 PM central

IT Engineers dont sleep when servers go down. You never know they are there till times like this.

We suffered a hard drive failure in the external disk array and opted to allow the array to rebuild before bringing it back online.  We appreciated everyones patience and understand how frustrating it can be.
