Forum banned for Linux users

Main HTC page woks OK but when I click Community->Forum I get message : Sorry you are banned from using this forum.
OS Linux Debian , tried with Firefox and Chrome.

There is no such ability to ban anyone using any specific OS or browser.  If you are tyring to use a proxy, you might run into a ban block.  Or you might run into a ban block from another user.

Send me an email with the IP address you are coming from that is being banned.

I have media PC with windows XP for games only and laptop with Linux for everything else.

There must be something. Forum works when I dual boot Windows on the same PC.
I have dynamic IP. If you want to check logs, right now my ip is 79.185.68.216 and when I try to log in from Linux PC I get this
