they don't like you. 
i've been using amazon for 4 years now, got one order lost and 5 minutes with customer support had the replacement on my doorstep the next day. but then i have a prime membership.
haven't read anything recent by that author. last one was cobweb, kept me interested.
First order i made with amazon, was for a book &2 video games.
They got the book part right, but the 2 games were the eruopean versions.not NA. I called em up about it, i dont have a printer so i asked if they'd mail the return slip out to me. they said they would.
it never came
Then i ordered some weight lifting equipment.
The dumbbells came just fine, but the pullup bar had some major rust on it.
Then i ordered another book from them, and when it got here it was all moldy. like they had kept it in water
Ive stoped using amazon until they get their act in gear.
Edit: I ordered a new ps3 controller from them too, they said it was the official ps3 controller. but when it got here it was nothing like a ps3 controller. and it fell apart 2 weeks after using it.
