3 pm Eastern time US.

Here's a time converter for different time zones (for example, 3 pm Eastern is 8 pm UK time):

So will II/JG-11's BF-109s.  ;)

I do get the feeling there is going to be a bit of a step back in time for this one, immersion wise anyway.  If only I had my Spit XII! :)

I can handle cannon hits though :)

This should be a memorable event.  :aok

It looks as if Zambelli will be flying with us. His Great Uncle Franz Zambelli flew with II/JG-11 during the period depected in this scenario.

It just doesn't get any better than that.  :D

Very cool.  Back in Airwarrior we designed an Italy scenario so we could get our one and only real live WW2 pilot in it.  The guys were lined up around the building to get to fly with him in P47s like he'd flown with the 350th FG during WW2 over Italy.  Just to say you flew wing on a WW2 pilot was worth it.

I was in a Spit Vb for that one flying top cover.  The AW Jug was a real dog.  Poor Earl had disco problems too, but he did fly :)

The first Spit XII pilot I ever corresponded with is in the photo below of 91 Squadron Spring of 43.  I got his letter on my wedding day and my wife will argue I was more excited about the letter :)

Oh what the hell.  I'll try to be there for every frame as long as I get to fly my beloved Spits.  I don't even care which mark.  BaldEagl + Spit = dead Jerrys.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.

Getting excited, started taking my lumps in the MA flying the G6 this week. Still can't figure out how to get a kill in a snapshot w/out the gondies, guess I need to work on my aim. :)
