These terrains should be available for the AvA in the usual two weeks.

This (directory) link is to the offline version of the new avasml terrain for the AvA, a popular terrain back in the day.
The directory link provides the res file, and optionally a complete set of zipped in-game maps for all three terrains; 3terrains.zip.
Install as follows:
Download and move the res file(s) to your AH terrain folder:
C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High\ahiiterr
If you don't what the otional Clipboard map files, or the .pln and .fld files, you're good to go.

To install the Clipboard Map files in the game:
You need only download the 3terrains.zip one time for all three terrains.
Unzip the 3terrains.zip file, open the resulting folder and drag all the bitmaps and .lst files to your AH map folder:
C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High\maps
Note: The .lst text file associates the correct bitmaps to each specific terrain in-game.
To install the intended planeset in-game:
You need only download the pln_fld.zip file one time for all three terrains.
Unzip the pln_fld.zip file, open the resulting folder and drag all the files to your C:\Hitech Creations\Aces High\ahiiterr folder (the same one as the .res files.)
Other Notes:
All planes are enabled in the soccer terrain.
Use the dot command: .eplane 0 0 to enable all planes at all fields.
