Throughout the story kitana believes she is really Shao Kahns daughter, when it truth this turns out to be a lie shao kahn told her to keep her loyal. Appearing to be in her 20s, she is often occupied by her partner Jade. She shares a love fling with Lui Kang, And is considered a very deadly fighter. Her signature weapons, Her steel fans, are her main attribute. Her moves consist of using her fans to slash and tear at her enemies. Both her mk2 and umk3 costumes are available for free.

Cage is a Hollywood movie actor who in reality is the result of a long line of martial artists (yet he does not know it) Entering Mortal Kombat to prove to movie critics that he's a real martial artists, He joins Earthrelm's defenders. Cage is often seen as self-centered. Thinking highly of himself. And very annoying to others. His trademark sunglasses along with his name tattoo define his self-centerness. He has however always been loyal and brave to Earthrelm. Many of cages moves have armor backing them (Meaning, you cannot counter-attack him when he's performing his shadow kick) but the main appeal to his move kick, is his infamous "nut punch" (Cage will do the splits and punch his oppenent in the groin, while screaming "HOOOOOOOO!") along with his "lights out" X-ray. (He will do the splits, and continuesly punch his opponent in the groin, before kneeing them in the face.) Cage is an original Charector.

Jade is the childhood friend of Kitana, while secretly being ordered by Shao Kahn to keep an eye on her and make sure Kitana stays loyal to the Emperor. When Kitana is ordered to be executed by Shao Kahn, Jade comes to her rescue. siding with Earthrelm. Jades fighting is all based around her pole. which extends to a staff for most of her attacks. She poccesses many combos, as well as armor for some of her attacks (including her shadow kick),
MILEENALet us dance!
Mileena was Created by Shang Tsung when ordered by Shao Kahn to create him a more "True" daughter. Mixing Shao Kahn dna with both kitana and the tarkaten Baraka's, Mileena was born. Due to her accelerated grouth, she has the mind and attitude of a child, even tho she's in adult form. Mileena is the sex-appeal of the game. She oftern wears tight or loose cloths to expose her body. This is most likely due to the fact that under her frock, she has a deformed mouth. Filled with gianty razor sharp teeth similer to Barakas. Her MK3 costume is available. Ed Boone, satisfying the horny teenager's dreams, awarded the player "Mileena's flesh pit costume" for completeing the 300 challenge tower. The costume was merely a single rag covering Mileena's groin and her nipples. but leaving everything else exposed on her. She is the biological sister of Kitana, but hates her sister for betraying Shao Kahn.

Nightwolf is the decendant of the ancient indian tribes of North America. Unlike skorpion, he no longer seeks vengeance for the slaughter of his people, Instead he serves the spirits of his people. Who often return the favor by aiding him in battle. He is of the Apache tribe. Both a shaman and a proud warrior, Nightwolf is a very strong warrior. In the storyline, he is the only one of the group that is strong enough to defeat Sindel (sacrificing himself in the process).Being an american apache indian, His attacks consist of slashing at his enemies using both his tomahawks, along with a bowie knife. He also has a bow&arrow, along with the ability to deflect projectiles and summon a lightning strike. He is the person Raiden trusts the most.His spirit form is the wolf. and he also tends to be very tech-savvy, for being from a tribe.

Cyrax is a member of the Lin Kua. the same Ninja group that Sub-Zero is from. Originally a human, Cyrax resists the Grand Masters plan to turn the clan into cyborgs. Sadly, in the end he is forced to transform into a Cyborg. He fights for Outworld. Even tho his Clan is of earthrelm.
Cyrax is a bomb-making expert. along with a trapper. He poccesses many bomb combos as well as a net to capture his opponents in. A very quick fighter. Most of his attacks can lead to devestating combos.

NOOB SAIBOTFear Me!
When Bi-han (the original Sub-Zero) is killed by Skorpion in Hell, Quan Chi recovers his body. Resurrecting him in the Netherelm as a Wraith. Going by the new name Noob Saibot, Noob Serves Quan chi, But unlike Skorpion Noob Saibot tends to secretly work towards his own goals more then Quan Chi's. Noob is in fact 2 forms. Able to split himself, His actual form's name is "Noob" while his clone is "Saibot". His move consists of using his clone to attack his opponent from a distance. Since Noob is basically the original Sub-Zero, he's considered an original charector. His UMK3 costume is available for free. a cool addition to his umk3 costume is that saibot is replaced with Smoke.(Meaning that, smoke takes the place of saibots attacks) to represent them teaming up back in mk3.
SMOKEWhere there is Smoke, there is fire!
smoke is a ninja assassin from the Lin Kuei. In the original timeline, he was a secret charector fighter as human in MK2, but turned into a cybord in UMK3. In the new timeline, he is rescued from being turned by Raiden at the last second.
Un known to Smoke, he is a powerful demon. This fact scares him. but he overcomes it to fight for Earthrealm. He is a bit dim and quick to rush into battle. Out of all the "ninjas" in the game. He is the closest to real-life ninja fighting style.

SEKTORI will show no mercy!
Sektor is the son of the Grand Master of the Lin Kuei and an advid supporter of the Cyborg innititive. He is eager to be turned into a cyborg. and when done so, Becomes both a stealthy ninja, as well as a deadly killing machine. His trait is fire. Poccessing a flame throwing, and as a cyborg, rocket attacks. He leads the Lin Kuei in battle for his father, while completing his own objectives to building his power. His UMK3 cyborg as well as his human form is available for download free.
