That should read "And we did have a core group of enthusiasts", I think you'll find them flying in Rise of Flight these days.   ;)

Ah yes, I think you are correct. :)
There was a sudden and significant drop after tour 134 (not that the numbers had been supreme before that ;)). Currently the WWI has about 0.55%  (yes, point five five percent) activity compared to LW, though it's still about 7-8% of all pilotIds playing there at least once in a tour.

uh Sir I don't think posting photos of Rise of flight just to show is hijacking this thread just showing folks why no one is in ww1 arena but still like the era.
maybe with updates no one will play it anymore. And I don't think this was a legitimate rule break just to put that out there.

In this particular forum, which is all about the discussion of Aces High, it is inappropriate.  Feel free to make use of the O'Club for that.  It is appropriate there.

What about the Gotha bomber, maybe a Zepilin, did the Allies have a bomber? Add two or three of this nature, find a way to take bases without tanks, M3s or goons and see what happens. I enjoyed it though not feasible to have anything other then furballs. I know many love furballs though I need something more then this, one reason I rarely go to the DA.

Just a thought, great potential.

Really is sweet. Wish more would fly there... I can see why the mouse wielders avoid it though, you have to be able to fight and having pedals or a twisty stick is a must in those birds.

This is a fact.  When I was playing I dont think I managed one kill in that arena.  Plus everything is single engine, thats just wrong.
