What are all those people who wont be here in two weeks?  :cry

But maybe they are back in 6 weeks, which is the most probable real world equivalent of two weeks in this case ;)

Lusche, one more question. Will the kill to death ratio matter if the person has a very low number of kills in that plane?

Ok, I think I have made up my mind on this.

As of now, I'm planning to name the pilot with most absolute kills, but I will also put up the three top ranked pilots in each plane, using a simplified system similar to arena score:
By ranking pilots for absolute number of kills and for K/D each. The pilot with lowest sum of both rank numbers it top score #1 one.

Any objections or concerns, anybody?

I'm a bit surprised the C205 has been quite interested in lately, normally I see very few pilots ever fly it <S>

I think Most Kills and K/D as related to the plane are fine for a system...  Kills over time is kind of a lame stat to throw in and should be excluded from the overall.  How many people in WWII upped a pony had 5 kills and landed 6 minutes later?

...and

The gastropod is simply ignoring all those "how am I doing" questions.  :D

I think you all can endure the "two weeks" until all stats are compiled and presented ;)

Is a gastropod like a souped up moped?   :bolt:

The final lists will probably end up looking something like this (actual 2010 numbers):

I'm not sure if I should display top 3, 5 or 10. With ~100 objects, the list is getting quite long...

It's unfortunate that it's a justified concern at all. There's a reason I totally dropped EW and MW statistics. EW in particular is totally *BEEP*

I recommend 3 or 5, 10 is way to much.

What's the difference between "kills" & "K/D" and "# kills" & "# K/D"? And is that the K/D for the specific plane or the K/D in general?
