So i was out at the range yesterday having some fun making some noise, and there was a gent next to me shooting one of these

The guy let me hold it and shoot a mag thru it, (all it cost me was 2 mags thru my EGW ipsc 45) this thing was a blast!! Ive shot the real deal MP5s before (Worked pt at a gunshop / indoor range, still do when the owner is short staffed) and this thing felt exactly like one, solid metal, about 6lbs worth, and functioned flawless, same fit, feel and function and made in Germany. Suprisingly it was a real tack driver at 25yards. Im thinking of getting one for my son (cough cough
) Its either this one, or the SW M4 22 varient.
Oh, and i need advice on an M4, Im in the market. We sold Bushmasters at the shop, along with Olympics and Colts, occasionally a DPMS would be on the rack as well.....At the time I worked at the shop, all my money was going into IPSC guns and IDPA stuff, but ive always felt like my collection has been missing something. Plus ive never considered myself a real "Tactical Rifle" kind of guy, I figured my M1 Carbine filled my semi auto rifle needs.
Ju st looking for a plinker, maybe something to do up a little fancier, throw some goodies on the picatinny rails.....ie Surefire light, Holosight etc.
