Too heavy and too much luxury.

BTW I didn't read that other thread you made about your Mustang and can't find it. Which one did you buy? GT or Shelby?

i bought the gt premium. it's pretty luxury oriented, as far as mustangs go. i couldn't afford the shelby that i'd want, which would be the gt-350, as it's quicker, faster, better handling, and faster stopping than any of the other mustangs. it's also crazy expensive.

if i could've afforded a mere $10k more, i'd be talking about a boss302 instead. when i was a kid, i wanted one. now that i'm a kid, i still want one. i couldn't afford it then, and still can't now.....but this time, i can get awful dam close.  :aok

 oh...here's a link.....

i should also add, that i actually think flipper put this thread up, messing around....and it has produced a few fun laughs....and a few other fun threads too!

Good car.

Drive one when I'm on the east coast, the only thing I wish was different is the cornering capability. Also a 6th gear would be nice.

Thanks for the link.

they corner like corvettes, and they do have a 6th gear. 1 through 4 are geared, 5 is 1-1, and 6 is overdrive. in 6th at 80mph, i'm only spinning that engine at about 2200 to 2300 rpm.

Never drove a corvette.
The 2009 GTs only have 1-5, good to know that they added a 6th gear. It needed it.
