Hope everybody had fun with that one. The shorter ranges and plane set of Eastern Front setups can make for some great fights.   To all the CiCs, squads and players.

Also Folks, Squire stepped in to help out and created this event in record time.  How?  Through alot of hard work in a stressed situation.  Also, he attended the events and checked with us to make sure everyone was happy.  Some aspects were adjusted "On the fly" to make sure everything was even and everyone had fun.  (Evevyone except JvNotch who landed at an enemy field and tried to pick up chicks.  He was promptly killed for his actions).  <S> Warloc.  Great Job and thanks for your commitment to everyones fun!

I can't thank all of the CMs (team) for the efforts you put in to this enough.  I know you hear this often, but I will say it again here.  FSO is the reason I truly enjoy the game now.  Sure, I like the MAs and all, but it is FSO that completes it for me.  When we receive objectives, as a planner for G3-MF (formerly VF15 Satan's Playmates), it is all I can think about.  How to attack / defend, where to place our planes, who are we working with, how can we work together, etc... 

Who'd a thought that after being out of the Marine Corps for 15 years, I would still be thinking of things like OSMEAC, BAMCIS, COCOA, Frag Order, LOD, Single Envelopment, Frontal  Assault, etc...

For all of this, I salute you all and send my sincerest thank you from all of G3-MF.

And I meant to include the CiC's in my thanks as well.  I have joked about it before.  FSO will take you to the heights of fun, only to crash down.  The truth is, as CM's we rely on all the FSO players for your help with the events.  I used to refer to FSO as "herding cats."  No one moves together unless we are all on the same page.  Thanks Unclkurt and <S> Slipknot for your service in The Corp and your planning here.  It's cartoon airplanes but it causes us to come together as a community.  I am really not suppose to say this because the other CMs are doing a great job as well.... (But just between me and you, FSO is the best part of the game).
