Windows 7 Caps Lock Tone

I don't know how this setting got turned on, but I can't figure out how to turn it off. When I press Caps Lock I get a high-pitched beep, and when I turn Caps off I get a low-pitched beep. I don't like it, there's an indicator light on my keyboard dammit, and why do I need an audio tone for any keys anyway  With that logic we should have computers say each letter to us when we type, so we know what key we just pressed

I used to get so annoyed when people would post questions on the forums that they could've just Googled, now I'm one of them  

I'll say I just wanted to rant about the stupid feature and leave it at that  

Edit: Found out that the default button for turning all the toggle tones is holding Num Lock for 5 seconds, I have a certain annoying animal to blame for that.
