Maybe we could do something with ports to make different sizes of them small medium large...large ones can have 3 vh's and make a cv 5 minutes faster then a small one could. Also make the large ports look like a huge naval port, have a couple ship rows, and some anchored in the little lagoon or something.

They should also add amphibious carriers, because nothing would surprise the enemy more than parking a CV off base 25 miles inland...
