I just tested two other cables that I use for my Xbox and it had the same problem. I had been considering switching ISPs and buying a newer modern modem for a while now, but I guess this is the last straw. Thanks again for your help, I do not know where I would be without it.

Before tossing the modem, make sure the XBox is disconnected from the network and see if it makes any difference.

I also assume you are not running anytype of streaming data services (i.e. Netflix, BiTorrent...).

I currently do not have have my wireless router hooked up, so I do not believe that my Xbox is connected to any network at the moment, but I have no idea. I don't even have it plugged in
My computer is only a few days old also, the only things I have installed are Aces High, Microsoft Office, and Pingplotter. No netflix, nothing like that.

By the way, how bad do you think the warping would be for now? I just finished an essay for my sociology class and I was going to kick back and play AH tonight.

Your packetloss shows to be pretty significant.  If it continues as it has been shown in the Ping Plots you have posted, it would not surprise me if you lost VOX, jumpy/warpy planes, bullets not seeming to follow trajectories, random dumps to teh desktop, and any number of other network related maladies.

I would stay out of perk rides, for certain.

I had the same problem too, I thought of buying a new modem but when i contacted Verizon to get one, they had me update the drivers to the modem. When I did this I got a significant increase on the line. You might want to try that first, if that does not work then you might want to buy a newer modem.

Well something happened today, I tested my ping plotter again and I got great results. I guess calling to complain about your service works sometimes!
