1984 is a great album.  "Panama" is mt favorite song on it, most people don't know that song is about a stripper.    :aok

Didn't you used to work at VH1 ?

Masonz, it is completely worth your time to read this book, even if it wasn't for an assignment  :aok

Agreed, if after reading this book you don't have enough ideas and arguments to fill your space I would be very suprised.
Yea, simply because I can

This might seem like a silly question, but since others have mentioned to the original poster that it was worth the read. It begs me to ask: Has the Original poster even read the book? Seems kind of silly to have an assignment like this and not have read the book.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Which was the exact crux of my post.   From reading the OP, it hasn't been read by him.    Because if he had, this thread would not have been started.    If you have read that book, you will not need anyone else's take on it.    You should have "excess" in the amount of pages.

1984?

I was 20 / 21 that year... As I recall it was the most fantastic year I barely remember

The Detroit Tigers won the World Series.  I was at game 4.  I wish the Tigers would have swept, but they ended up winning in 5.

I did not read the book,
I did graduate in 1984 and the 80's,well the music speaks for itself. :rock
I never imagined then that we would live like we do today ,plugged into the internet like we are.
gun fights at schools, drugs that literally make your skin melt, shoppers that kill eachother for a deal on an "IPOD" one day a year.
