ch stick will not calibrate

Hello  just got back into Ah after many years,my problem is my new CH stick,replaced my old sidewinder 3dpro,won,t calibrate in ah .It was working for few weeks  then i hit default settings,and now it sets up in windows but not in AH.I have reloaded game 3 times same with stick and on and on,can anyone shed a little light on what i screwd up plz.Its driving me nuts.

When you go to map controllers in the game be sure to select the CH stick from the drop down, and then select each of the axises to calibrate.
