Machfly, that's fine. If it said everything was completed, that's it. The link is a registration for the website which hosts the petition. I didn't register for anything myself, though I just gave the email.

Roger, thanks.

It didn't ask me to do that. Just click the sign thing and then it will ask you to "start" creating an account, after you fill in the name and email you'll be able to sign it.

Create an account for what? They phishing for names and emails?

I hate to see that museum closed but this looks fishy.

You don't register completely, you start. You'll get an email asking to confirm registration just don't click that. And you can always say that your name is John Doe.

Signed. Absolutely irresponsible behavior there. Those who forget their past, have no future.

Thanks again, gents. Shuffler, it's okay if you don't sign, I understand that it doesn't exactly look like the most professional petition (it is online, after all). But as stated by Machfly, you don't have to continue the register process. I didn't.

I've been a longtime member, send a small donation once a year!  they have a flying lanc at the museum,it's something you must see and hear to truely appreciate.

Several years ago I went up in the Stearman that they fly, drove there faster than we climbed out at but was 1 of those bucket list items I've crossed off. I got about 35 or 45 minutes stick time in it,hmm maybe I'll see if I can go up in the Havard this summer!

Morfiend, I think you're thinking of a different museum...? That's the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum, with the Lanc, among others.

But this Air and Space museum that the OP seaks of... Toronto.

Yes it appears I'm mistaken but I could have sworn I heard the heritage museum was going to have to move.  Maybe it's a case that it's both,I'll have to check further.
