Destro had a base on/in the ice pack. The ice was weighed down with steel and other supports, causing it to sink.

The way I remember it, all of the ice broke up and sunk and broke open the windows in the cobra lair.

wow usually even when the movie is bad they work hard to make some appeal on the teasers... even the freaking teaser sucked wow... wow... is making the sound louder at times the best they can do?! ): how much cash did they spend on this? anyone knows?
