YeraDot and don't know? C'mon man! Actually, I have no clue what he's asking exactly either.

What DOT setting?

It's in frequency voltage control section

American Megatrends Inc D.O.T control

It stands for Dynamic overclocking technology.

Just wondering if anyone has used it :old:

I am poo at PC's by the way :)

zack,
Unless you want serious damage don't overclock unless you know what you're doing.
You can fry your CPU before you know what happened.
Are you sure you are not looking at your PC BIOS?
I'm guessing this is what you are looking at.
I think company you mentioned makes the bios chips, or program.
BIOS Auto OC settings are normally safe to use.( Always some risk).
I have mine auto OC'd at 8% (Asus Board).
If you use an auto OC setting and system crashes, just bump it to next lower,
make sure system runs stable (no crashes) and watch heat
Before you OC on your own READ, READ, READ! (Google has a lot of good sites on subject).
WWW.Overclockersforum is a good place too!

My Mobo has AI tweaker, so ya pick a % OC, and it does it all by itself.. Kinda cool, and it make a learning tool as well.. You can see how the AI program does it, systematically.. Be careful tho, OC will burn ya in a hurry.. Sometimes, before you even realize something is wrong!
