I don't remember ever crossing paths with you but I'm sorry you feel the way you do Dr.Bone. I had asked on 200 about squads and I was told  that your squad was second best to the "Drunken Church Ladies" . I contacted one of your members and politely asked, who rudely said no, verbally went after me on 200 without even giving me a chance or even knowing me. The only member in your squad that behaved in a rational manner was cattb who politely asked me to contact you for the opportunity.
 
Its quite interesting that you proclaim that you don't want people with large egos, yet your own actions suggest that you yourself & some members of your squad have huge egos and are above treating people you don't even know with any shred of respect. I'm sorry you have set the stage for such a poor first impression, I have since flown with other squads who were more accepting. If this is how you treat people and encourage others to treat people, you don't deserve anyone in your squad.

Tobias, sir, you have 3 posts total, all in this thread.  Without casting aspersions on your moral terpitude sir,  it looks like another new account has been opened just to Troll the Top Gun squad.

If I may share with you folks the reason I asked to join Top Gun.  I like to switch squads every few months to meet new guys and get to know players that may have been my virtual enemies in the past.  When Bone started Top Gun and I saw all the vitriolic posts, I decided, to ask for an invite because everyone was giving him such a hard time.

Now that I have flown with them a bit, I assure you, this squad is no different then any of the squads I have been in.  They are proud of their squad, as they should because there are some very good sticks in here.

We have a lovely game to play gentlemen, this is not it here, this is just a message board.  Please play nice.  <S>
