ESPN First take...Skip Bayless

I swear I watch that show just to see him say something stupid...(or what I think is stupid anyway)....

I was watching the Cowboy - Bucs game Sat. night....Dallas came out and looked pretty gopod. Not to many mistakes and kept pressure on the Bucs QB. But , they were playing the Bucs so I took it with a grain of salt...And I'm a big cowboys fan....

2nd half of the game Romo fumbles right off the bat and they score....cowboys go 3 and out...the march it down a few minutes later and score. Now...Dallas has a pretty good Dline and thier linebackers aren't to bad....but thier secondary is TERRIBLE...and the Bucs figured that out...

Point of this is....SKip Bayless when asked about the game today said for the first time this year he saw a really really good cowboys team...said they looked like a "Ferrari" ....

I laughed out loud when he said that.....

The cowboys scored 3 points in the 2nd half....now lets see.....

28 in the 1st half....3 in the 2nd half....sounds more like a dragster that pulled the shoot at the half way point of the race....only reason he wins is the other guy spun the tires so bad he couldn't catch up...

I swear Bayless says sme stupid stuff....

You cant judge how well a team is doing just because they beat us (Bucs). Hell we made Jacksonville look fantastic. It sucks being a bucs fan....

I agree...Once Josh Freeman had time to throw a bit he picked that sucky Dallas 2ndary apart...just like everyone else has for the most part. Give any QB a lil time to throw on Dallas and he'll have a hayday.

Bucs will be back...they have some talent...just time to gel is all they need

I'm no Skip Bayless fan either but when he and Stephen A Smith are on at the same time Bayless looks like a genius.

I disagree with about 95% of what Skip says, but the man will argue his point.

The East Coast Bias towards the NFC East this season is borderline insanity.  Jimmy Johnson came on the Dan Patrick show to say how great the Giants were (I guess this is controversial because he coached his Super Bowls with the Cowboys) and I just had to laugh.  The whole NFC East division just sucks.  Its the weakest division in all of football, and there's some other pretty weak ones out there.  The only team showing any glimmer right now of being a good team are the Eagles, and they probably won't make the playoffs. 

Each of those NFC East teams, if they played in any of the five other divisions with at least one legit team, would finish with double-digit losses.  They are bad, and just because they play intra-division games where one team comes out looking good compared to another NFC East team, doesn't make them actually good compared to the rest of the NFL.  They play bad football, and whoever wins that division is going to get demolished at home by the #5 seed wildcard team.
