No, most of the sound packs are dated, I do know most of the sound packs are updated (with the newer planes etc).

Honestly, the best thing to do is to download them all and pick and choose which sounds you want.  I have sounds from each of the sound packs available working.

Mitsu just released the latest version of his soundpack. Check on page 10 near the bottom of his thread, which is stickied at the top.
