Ju 88 Machine gun kit
« on: December 25, 2011, 10:43:20 PM »
I was watching an old episode of Wings and they mentioned that the Ju 88 had a kit to mount a stock and grips on the machine guns.  This would be awesome to have while hiding in a maproom.
If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.

I think we are lucky to have the 1911A1 in .45 ACP.   :aok  AH certainly is not a FPS.

I vote a solid NO.

I saw the same episode and if an aircraft went down and the crew survived they could take any one of the guns and add the grip/kit to it as the MG's on the aircraft were simply MG34's modified to fit to the aircraft.  But in the game I dont like this idea.  Once I bail I end sortie.  I wouldnt want to run around with an MG shootng.  I want to reup and die again.  LOL

Just add a 3 man BREN crew and be done with it.   :D

This would ONLY be even considerable if it was a crash landing/ditch. Which if anyone saw, would be quickly vulched. Big no. -1.

Someone's bound to float the possibility of having a Storch come and rescue the crew, with the obvious problem that it requires the crew to stay in their downed bomber for ages without any kind of reward. I'll let someone else point this out.
