i second that TC, you nailed it. We LDs having fun to fly and fight with or against the Top Gun Gents, good sportsmanship and good fun! DrBone is a good sport, i got no idea why ppl think they can bash on squad in general.
Enjoy the fights, enjoy the WW2 Prop sounds and oily noses, accept the difference and you can stay happy with dogfight games til your eyes won't let you anymore (hopefully not too early). But maybe some ppl would feel better playing CS with those aimbot cheats and feel like a cartoon hero......

I have flown with them and have not experienced hardly anything that most of you are accusing them or their squad of........

they do use some decent wingman tactics and they are wanting to get better............. and while talking with DrBone his desires is to be a friendly and cohesive squad that others will receive as good comrades who are fun to fly and work with......

Just for the record I'll say this: I've never had a problem with DrBone, or for that matter any of the rest of his squad save for two individuals, one more than the other, and have the highest respect for Bone and the rest of them (putting aside Bone's comments towards me on 200 over the past 2 weeks - whether it was "trolling" or not). My comments were in no way a "bash" on TG.....

I truly have no problem falling to the guns of a gang of anyone, most likely I put myself in that situation in the first place so I accept a lot of the fault for allowing it to happen. I actually tried the "stay timid, stay alive, practice good 'squad tactics'**, and fly a uber LW aircraft to rack up an awesome k/d" once, lasted about 3 weeks into a tour. I flew nothing but a Temp in fighter mode, picked, and avoided risks as much as I could. For 3 weeks I managed about a 20:1 k/d doing that, and was bored out of my mind, so I spent the rest of the tour ruining that average just having fun. I even made the comment to several squaddies that at that time I was a perfect example of how an "average" pilot could manipulate score to make himself look a lot better than he actually is by flying in that manner.

I myself have ganged, picked, and flown timid. I confess it. That being said, if I'm being ganged 3v1, don't cry on 200 when I shoot your K4 in the face if you try to fly in and make it 4v1. I have a feeling that's part of the reason we have this entire thread derailment... in my opinion HOing in that situation is absolutely no worse than ganging, maybe deserved... But I digress.

I'm willing to bury the hatchet if you are, TnDep. I've never claimed to be anything but an average stick, contrary to your claims - I have no idea where you got all that. You've made it clear numerous times both on 200 and here that you're better than me, I'm fine with that. I'll still DA you, just so you can confirm how bad I am. 

** on the subject of "squad tactics" I wonder this: Why is it that if 3, 4 or 5 friendlies who are not otherwise affiliated all dive in on 1 con while he is engaged to a single friendly, it is referred to as "gangtarding" yet if all or most of the 3, 4 or 5 attackers are in the same squad it is considered "good squad tactics?" 

PS. And sorry coobzy, your bait isn't nearly stinky enough. Graduate from that Spitfire and try again.
