So far they've been extremely offensive to:
Americans
Mexicans
Germans
Russians
French
Eastern Europeans
Germans again
Australians
That's all I can come up with off the top of my head.

That's ok.  :)

Strong words from a citizen country that hasn't learned what a toothbrush is for, yet.

I didn't hear them complaining about our gear when they used it to storm beaches in Normandy.

Perhaps I wasn't listening hard enough...

Wow! You must be really old to have been around to listen back then.

You ought to list the brits on the list as well. They go off on brit products / roads / government programs all the time. They are equal oportunity country insulters. Damn funny too. I loved the homemade RV show.

After watching this... that guy is a freaking moron. May I hit him please?  It's a TRUCK, you idiot. It's not designated a car, because IT ISN'T A CAR.  It's designed to haul things, it's designed to be comfortable to sit in because it's marketed towards farmers or people who spend the whole damn day working with their hands and hauling big heavy things around.  It is not designed to race, it is not designed to go fast around a track.  It is not designed to be nimble, or maneuverable.  It's big, it's comfortable, and I'll wager it eats less fuel per mile than your zippy little sports cars.

And yes, compared to most other vehicles driven by the public, a large truck like that is fast.  It has a lot of horsepower behind it.  I'd like to see that little piece of junk sports-car you compared it to on a race track haul a camper around.  Or yank a tree trunk out of the ground, or go off-roading or mudding.

No wonder people complain about these guys.  I don't mind people taking jabs at my Country, or insulting my lifestyle or what American's buy, but at least do it with some actual wit. Not another foreigner going "derp derp I'ma marry ma sister paw 'cuz sheez cute derp".  That just isn't funny anymore because comedians have kind of done that to death over here.
There's taking a jab, in which everyone can laugh at, and then there's this bonehead.

Don't take it personally.  He just can't figure out why americans love pickup trucks, so he thinks it stupid.

This is my favorite insult they've done yet (against the french and yes it is applicable to aces high humor)

Well, my great uncle, who is 91 and still alive was there and I've never heard  it in any of his stories so perhaps I wasn't listening long enough.

He has mentioned, on many occasions however, the lack of French citizens that could have lent an opinion.  :aok

Not really, England, Aussie, and NZ all use 'pickups' quite heavily... we call them Ute's. Each seems to have their preferences. In NZ we love toyotas, they're the right size, robust, good 4wd for getting through sticky spots etc. Aussies seem to like holden utes (technically a car). Poms have a thing for rangi's (Range Rovers). The thing about the RAM is it would be shocking for the average NZ farm, it's to big, it'd get stuck, wouldn't be able to get through tight spots etc. Plus most farmers prefer diesel engines, they give more torque etc.

No self respecting yank pickup owner would use the loose Australian definition of a Ute as any vehicle with a bed for hauling things.  We do not classify Pickup Trucks in the same category as a car.  They are not based on cars, they are not built like cars.  They are trucks, not cars.

I just looked up what a Ute is.  That's not a truck. That's a car with a bed. Where I'm from we just call that type of vehicle an El Camino whether it is or isn't an actual El Camino.

And I don't agree with a full sized American pickup being too big for a NZ farm.  NZ is twice the size of Pennsylvania and I saw plenty of full size pickups working on the farms up in the valleys this past August.
Althouh it might have alot to do with NZ being an island.

You generaly only get a pickup stuck when you're doing something stupid with it.  Regular farmwork and most off-road driving they can handle with ease.

But still. I'm not saying the vehiclles are bad, or that the whole population there are using the wrong tool.  If that's what works than more power to them for using what works.

I dislike it, when someone takes a vehicle, any vehicle; and out of the blue compares it to something that performs a completely different task and then complain that this vehicle can't do that task as well as the specialist vehicle.
It just frustrates me when someone can make a living spouting inane and stupid things about stuff like this.  Pass it off as great knowledge, or that he's making some grand point of fact.  Which is what he was trying to do in that video.  And then throw in stupid, out-dated, tasteless, stereotypical jokes that aren't funny on top of it all.  The entire effect on me is that I feel as though he is going completely out of his way to insult me.

All in all... he just reminds me too much of my college Professors. And anything that reminds me of college has a tendancy to overly upset me.

So I apologize if I went a little batty in this thread.  Shoot me down a couple more times ingame for it.
