From what I understand, there was a lot of Denver business-politics in play with the decision to play him too. It was about the revenue, not about the skill, and the pressure on playing him hit a boiling point that worked out positively for those involved.He's a tremendous athelete, but a terrible thrower, and never seemed to have the game in control like the top QBs do.
He now has plenty of time to work on that...
