Missing mouse pointer

I noticed my mouse pointer has disappeared (on my PC) and only shows up when I bring up the clip board. I went to my laptop to see if the issue persists and it does not, I can move the mouse (fingerpad) and the pointer shows up without bring up the clip board.
How can I bring up the pointer on my PC with out the clipboard. This is a USB mouse btw.

I know its a new feature and I remember the mouse pointer showing up if the mouse is moved. How come I can't bring up the pointer on my PC with out the clip board and its different for my laptop?

With the clipboard closed, in a Gv, if you move your mouse does your view move?

If so, go to clipboard and Disable mouse view.

Added an option to completely restrict mouse input to GUI functions only.  Check this if you don't want the mouse to be active while you are gunning and don't use mouse look.  This option is found in Options>Preferences>View Options as "Disable All Mouse Controls".

If it's the same AH version I'd guess that it's a difference between the mouse and touchpad. Have you tried the mouse plugged into the laptop?
