i seen the posts for the b29 , but a bombs were part of ww2 and itll be good if the hardship of obtaining the weapon was there , you can imagine some one snailing along , gaining alt with 400 perks or more , and a la shoots you down , big weapons have big risks , its my best invention so far . 
You don't understand the implication of your wish.
Imagine the Manhattan Project within AH strat system. Look at the maps in MA. Which country could afford that? They're all small. Any country trying to develop atomic weapons would have to put in all of the resources just for that. You'd have to fly C-47 for years, because factories wouldn't be able make any other plane.
HTC would have to install enormous new power supply in MA server, just to power the factories for single country on single map.
When you'd finally have the atomic bomb, all the peeps from other countries would switch sides just to have it. What then?
Finally someone would manage to drop it. War would be over, probably forever. No war, no game. HTC would go under and we would play solitaire.
Please, do wish something else.
