I was at a Vbase today and there was a friendly GV parked on concrete with its engine stopped. I hopped into a manned gun and I heard the "engine stop" sound. I towered out and heard it again. I was curious, so I jumped into a gun again, sound played. Back to the tower and, again, I heard it. I was able to jump back and forth, from tower to gun, and each time it played.
