Flashing color bands
« on: January 30, 2012, 11:30:07 AM »
First, I'm not sure if this is a problem with the latest version of AH or my video card drivers as I updated them the same day. What I'm seeing at times is bands of the icon colors flashing in the horizontal/diagonal. It isn't happening all the time and I don't appear to be having any other performance issues. My rig is fairly high end presently. I'm running Catalyst 11.12 Drivers, no CCC, I use Tray Tools. I have AA set to one tick less in game and have application controlled checked in tray tools. I wasn't having this particular issue prior.

My specs:

Win7/64
Asus P8Z68 Deluxe
i7 2600-K (OC'd to 4.4)
16Gb Corsair Vengeance PC1600
MSI R6950 2GB Twin Frozr III PE/OC Edition
Creative Fatality Sound
OCZ ZX1000 Modular PSU
Cooler Master CM-690 II Advanced Case

So you can see I oughta have the horsepower. Can post a DXDiag if needed. I'm posting from work right now but could do that later this evening. Thought I'd see if this rang any bells with anyone. It's just a minor annoyance.

Thanks in advance. :salute

I dont see that at all. Try going back to the 11.10 drivers. That may help, the 11.12's are known to be buggy. We have somewhat the same systems.
