Also have the Warthog, and it is the best stick/throttle combo I've ever owned (I had a Cougar too, that I'd still like to get new gimbals and Hall Effect sensors for).
Precision and stability are excellent, just a little light on the spring action compared to the Cougar. Love the twin throttles. Have never messed with programming - it's easy to setup in AH.
