Id like to try it, but my stove (and beer and any hot food for that matter) is 3 weeks travel away from me.

I made it tonight as well, also tried a recipe for sesame chicken.

I left out the Tabasco sauce because my girlfriend despises anything spicy, and the peas.  Wok was a little hot at first so everything ended up a little dark, but overall it was pretty tasty.  Sesame chicken was good but our sauce was almost too sweet, we'll lighten up on the sugar next time.  Thanks for the recipe!

think about the recipe is you can  basically add any kind of dead animal you like.  as for vegetables, I added the frozen oriental mix from stater brothers instead of peas.  was equally delicious.  and I added lots of spicy sauce.  i like it spicy  :x.

Last night I used some left over BBQ Pork Rib meat, veggies, rice and sauce.

It's sad that I own 2 wok's and don't normally use them.

I use Panda Brand sauce, comes made (for some stuff). I also use fresh veges and usually to much to fry without them becoming kinda muahy in my opinion.

I use high heat fry and then add some water if needed and steam them.( not for a very long time)

She's daddy's best helper, didn't figure those little legs would bother anyone.
They shouldn't unless you are mentally impaired. Or have an evil mind.

Sometimes use vinegar and little sugar for a sweet sour.

I also use my wifes cooked day old rice, I start with the rice, i'll put a little water in once cooking to steam the rice. Then I put eventually put the veges in (cook for awhile high heat)andafter awhile I will add a lilttle water again to steam.  ( I also precook any meat.)

Thank you all for your suggestions and comments.  One thing I should include is that a variety of ingredients are possible as well, as many pointed out carrots and other types of meats. (I gather some have an aversion to peas, haha).

I liked the idea of some vinegar or sugar to give it it a sweet and sour flavor, think I'll try that.
