Best Big Brawl on Film
« on: February 09, 2012, 05:07:23 PM »
What is the best big brawl on film?

I have to put in the film 1941 with the USO brawl that started in the club and went out into the streets between the Marines, sailors and army soldiers.
Chuck Norris can pick oranges from an apple tree and make the best lemonade in the world. Every morning when you wake up, swallow a live toad. Nothing worse can happen to you for the rest of the day. They say money can't buy happiness. I would like the opportunity to find out. Why be serious?

This one ^

Great job on the shoot and interesting history behind it. Seems some of the actors were less than enthusiastic about the clay slide aspect.

The blazing saddles bit was great as well. "You brute you brute you brute!"

Winner. Just for the utter absurdity of it all.

I'd also mention the big fight at the end of The Pirate Movie (speaking of absurdity...).
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.
