Using IE8 or IE9, set the "compatibility mode" option in the browser.

OK ... if I log into the AH homepage directly it works fine ... If I use the WEB PAGE HELP link from the games menu ... It's still screwy ... Actually, it's a bit jerky on the GAME MENU too, but not as bad ... I had to use the in game MOUSE SENSITIVITY setting to get it to slide smoothly in game. This is livable, but ? it doesn't impress or inspire anyone ... Thx for the quick response!  :salute

I'm not quite sure what you're getting at here.  I can do all that with no problems at all - granted I use firefox but whatever.  There are many people here that log on here through IE with no problems as well.  I suspect you have a problem locally with your computer - maybe you have a browser toolbar or other addon that is giving you problems.  There's also the possibility of a virus or malware infection of your system.

I'm pretty confident that what you're experiencing is local to your system and not due to HTC's website.  I doubt seriously that they purposely designed it this way to try to impress any one.

Are you talking about accessing the help pages while playing the game?  If so, it sounds like your computer may be having some resource issues.

Not help pages ? ... the FORUM / BBS. No issues with anything else ... If I start the browser from the desktop and acess the FORUM / BBS, it works fine with the compatability enabled ... If I use the Link from the Game Menu (usually before entering an arena) THEN the mouse gets jerky, even WITH compatabilty.

I'll just use the stand alone browser, that's fine ... Not sure why the game link would cause this?

THX!

I use IE9 and haven't had any problems with my mouse being jerky.  I tried to duplicate your problem through both my browser and from the TA in-game.

As far as whether or not mine is to compatibility mode, I don't know.  It's set and running the same way since I upgraded from IE8.

Because if your computer is a low or middle of the road computer clicking the game link doesn't stop the game from running which is designed to use as many resources that the computer has available to run. Now you are asking your computer which "if" it is a middle of the road rigg to do double duty and it is pushing it over the edge so it can only devote small bit of time to your mouse movement.

When the game isn't running you have plenty of resources to run the mouse and so have no issues.

That SOUNDS reasonable ... But the Mouse works FINE in game, in flight, in combat, when the load the game puts on the resources is highest.
Maybe there's a multi-tasking issue ... doesn't seem to be any easy fix ... not a big problem ... but it might put a few people off if they encounter the same thing.

This is a resource issue with your computer.  There is absolutely nothing we can do about it.  The in-game mouse functions are all being done by the game, when you access the help pages, from the game, Windows has to drive the mouse and if resources are tight (check the CPU activity in the task manager) the cursor will jump around unevenly.
