double click on the icon and u will get a list of skins below.

You have already downloaded everything. If you would expand the skins , nothing else would be showing checked.

Interesting because when I expand the skins folder it shows me this with some of the folders checked but I get the same message.

I didn't click any of those files they were clicked already themselves.

Those entries do not have any skins.

You can expand each plane/vehicle and see the skin entries they have.

The file list has been updated on the host to include terrains, and the models that do not have skins have been removed. Just run your ahdown.exe again to see the change.

If your running Windows 7 - make sure you run it as an admin - it helped me with my issue of DLing skins.
