Today I hopped into the AvA for about an Hour and was only 3 guys in the arena. Anyway, I up a K4 to go and engage a Jug that just shot my 110 down (I thought I was gonna run into buffs but to my suprise, nope lol). Well, what followed was the most intense and enjoyabel fight that I have had in at least a yera against Carver. We turned, we scissored, we dipsy doodled, at which point I had a decent shot on him to I fired a tater and took off part one of his tailfins. Bout 30 seconds later he got me with a good burst that took out my Left Horizontal Stab and Left elevator. Did either of us run away, or try to HO to end the fight, something that would more than likely happen in the MA....NO! We fought it out and after more manuevering and a very slow flat turn he hit the dirt...kill-Gambit./..but he deserved more than that, at least to have finished in the air. I give a HUGE
to Carver in a fight that lasted at least 8 min and involved not one HO from either 1 of us, just pilot against pilot and skill against skill. Why I love this Arena!
