would be slow. diesel are low RPM engines so if you put that engine one a regular RC car with a RC car tranny, it would rock climb good but not very fast. rc engine rev VERY VERY VERY VERY! high.

You stand corrected.

That is pretty neat.  I don't think that is combustion driven though with an actual fuel.  Could be wrong, but I think that is just a model and the driver is compressed air shown by that tube down to through the mount.

Again though, that is cool as all get out.  I wonder if that guy machined all those parts himself?

i said if he puts that on a STOCK RC CAR the tranny would need to be replaced for higher speeds giving how how the RPM on the nitro engines are the Diesel engine would just make it a good rock crawler UNLESS you drasticly changed gear ratios.
only a moron would use Dolby positioning in a game.

I think you are correct. Air driven. No smoke from oil that would have to be mixed in the fuel for lube.

Please point out in the above quote the part about actually changing transmissions.

Also, no lubrication for the bottom end, no ignition system, no fuel delivery system apparent, and no cooling system. An awesome machining job, though.

The V12 in your youtube link, however, the real deal.
