I just read that on Fox.news, such a shame.  He was always a jolly fellow. 
Proud grandson of the late Lt. Col. Darrell M. "Bud" Gray, USAF (ret.), B24D pilot, 5th BG/72nd BS. 28 combat missions within the "slot", PTO.

I still chuckle imagining Nesmith punching the wall while confronting Kirshner: "You see that hole?   It could have been your face."    Thank God they didn't sing "Sugar, Sugar".   Headquarters, Pisces were great albums.  

Also of note, if you were to ask Rob Zombie what his favorite band of his childhood was, he'd tell you: "The Monkees".

   Saw Mickey on NBC this morning and he said Davey's Parents both died young. His Father from a heart attack also. May have been genetic. They say to give a chewable aspirin to someone having a heart attack. Don't know wether it would have helped in this case.
