Cant stop downloading skins, keeps doing it over and over.

 While playing the game , I keep getting the xxxplane skin arrived.

 I thought they were all done , but it seems as though they are all downloading AGAIN.

 How can I make it stop?

There were two skins which would have kept downloading over, and that was corrected this morning.
